So if with the same power energy, the capacity will enlarge 10-20%.

Working Principle of ball mill machine:

♦ This series ball mill is a kind of grate energy saving ball mill, with horizontal cylinder rotating device, two cabins, and outer side of gear transmission. 

♦ The material enters spirally and evenly into the first warehouse of the milling machine through the input material hollow axis from the feeding device. In this warehouse, there are stepped liners or corrugated liners, and different specification steel balls are put inside. When the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, the steel balls are carried to certain height and then fall down to make the material struck and grinded. 

♦ After coarse grinding in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse in which the plane liner is located for regrinding with the steel ball. The powder is discharged by output board and the final products are completed.

Features of ball mill machine: 

Energy saving ball mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can be replaced. The big rotating gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The cylinder is wearable well and bears wearable lining board. This machine runs steadily and works reliably.
