High Efficiency Pouring  Machine For AAC Product Line

Aerated concrete casting machine is aerated concrete production of major equipment. Mainly used by certain proportion to inject vessel pulp, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminum paste suspension, which are stirring, fully mixing, and the timely response to inject mould slurry mixture.

Pouring machine adopts the propeller type mixing, formed a strong vortex, destroy the capsule lime particles, so as to meet the full uniform mixing. While pouring arm movements with pouring process adjustment height, prevent splashes. The machine runs with fixed and movable type, quantitative pouring in mold size.

Used for production of raw material for mixing, mixing, fully reaction, and promptly will inject  mould slurry mixture .
