Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:

Hammer crusher for the main working part is the rotor with a hammer (or hammerhead). Rotor composes of the spindle, disk, pin and hammer. Motor driving rotor cavity in broken high rotation speed. Materials from the upper feeding mouth into the machine, high-speed movement by the hammer blow, impact, shear, grinding and shattered. The lower part of the rotor with a plate and crushed sieve size material is less than the grain size through the exhaust plate.
